WHAT ARE MICROGREENS?
Microgreens are a LIVING SUPER FOOD!!!
As with most vegetables, it all starts with seeds, but instead of allowing the plant to grow to its full size, microgreens are created when the plant is harvested shortly after the sprouting phase before the True Leafs appear. The result is a robust small plant full of flavor and that packs a wide variety of nutrients and health benefits in a very small and delicious package.
WHAT VARIETIES DO YOU GROW?
We usually have in stock Sunflower, Broccoli Calabrese, Rose Radish, Arugula, Wheatgrass and Sweet Peas. All harvested to order and which are rich in Fiber, Proteins, Vitamins A, B complex, C, K, E and D. Also packed with essential minerals such as Calcium, Phosphorous, Iron, Iodine, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper
We also grow to order Wheatgrass, Rocket or Arugula and other varieties.

Yes! our microgreens are grown form certified organic seeds, soil and free of pesticide free at our urban farm in Marbella, Spain.
